Cancellation Policy
Maddie requires a $50 non refundable deposit for all braiding/color projects under $200 and a $100 non refundable deposit for all braiding/color projects over $200. First time guests are required to pay a 50% deposit on any service.
In the event a guest needs to reschedule, the client needs to let Maddie know at least 24 hours in advance. If you pay a deposit and give the required notice, your deposit will go towards that rescheduled appointment. Failure to give the required notice will result in losing the deposit and a new deposit will be required for any future braiding/color appointment.
